Ordered 3 boxes of items from their shopee account on 30th March, they did not ship out the order. I contacted them on 2nd April, then they told me it is out of stock. Products are alright but customer service is a nightmare. Shortly after I made my first purchase, I noticed that my unit number was missing and informed the customer service promptly who said they will update it for me. Terribly difficult to reach the company when there were order delays or just to get a response ok a query. The chocolate hazelnut butter was way too watery; it feels like there’s barely any hazelnut used. The consistency is more like chocolate syrup (or even more watery) than a nut butter … very disappointing.

I don't know why there are reviews about inferior customer service. I find AG's customer service absolutely responsive and friendly! Placed 2 orders consecutively becos forgot to add 'free gifts' code for first round (my bad). The products I have tried so far are good (we had them in the company's pantry a couple of times).
