Terribly difficult to reach the company when there were order delays or just to get a response ok a query. The chocolate hazelnut butter was way too watery; it feels like there’s barely any hazelnut used. The consistency is more like chocolate syrup (or even more watery) than a nut butter … very disappointing.

I don't know why there are reviews about inferior customer service. I find AG's customer service absolutely responsive and friendly!
