Apiary

Still lives up to its name after years of not visiting. The pistachio ice cream is still rich and creamy, paired well with the butter waffles. Though there’s limited seating to enjoy the waffles with table on level 1. Weekday afternoons are good time to go when it’s quiet.

Dropped by because it looked rather interesting. Decided to try their yuzu flavour ice cream and was pleasantly surprised with the refreshing flavour and the fresh taste. Got the waffles as well, it was crispy and fluffy on the inside, definitely at 10/10. Would 100% recommend and come back again!

Discovered this ice cream spot through a colleague, and it was packed even on a weekday evening! We ordered two types of waffles — one classic, and one with nian gao. We were pleasantly surprised at how delicious the waffles were. The waffles were crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and paired perfectly with the smooth and creamy ice cream. Definitely a recommended spot and will return to try other flavors.

This was my first time at Apiary, I got the passion fruit sorbet (top) and cookies & cream (bottom), the flavours were nice. A nice to chill for delicious and creamy ice creams. Go to second level which is cosier to enjoy for the afternoon time. Tried some of their signature favors and all are unique good. Waffles is one of the must order item in the menu for the crispy and light texture. We ordered the "nian gao" glutinous rice in the center for chewy texture.

Ordered butter waffles with vanilla and 70% chocolate ice cream. Waffles is fluffy and crispy with fragrant butter.
