Just finished setting up our first shrimp tank! The gentleman in store was extremely helpful in walking us through every step. He even gave us gifts for our tank and let us catch shrimp ourselves! Everything looks wonderful now; marine life looks very healthy there - highly recommend!

Excellent customer service at this store; I particularly appreciated their aquascapes. Additionally, their young serviceperson had an exceptional attitude and was kind in explaining things thoroughly to me.

Poor communication (sometimes took days, sometimes took weeks to respond), missed delivery dates with no notice, missing and also incorrect stock, refund given only a month later when couldn’t get replacement. Overall communication and reliability is lacking. Final product when it’s right is ok however.

This shop stands out by providing outstanding customer service. They will assist in setting up your tank without pushy sales tactics; for initial setup they provide only essentials; their prices are highly competitive compared to other stores; even if not purchasing anything they patiently answer all questions regarding aquarium setup!
