If i can give a zero rating, I will. 2hrs wait and they promised 1hr, the lousy reason is accident but I checked lta website and the last accident was hours ago and this is a non peak hour. I called and the responder was rude and hung up on me. Do not ever use.

Tire punctured on a Sunday evening. Very responsive, professional advice based on customer needs. Arrived at site within 45mins, new tire changed in 10mins. Reasonable price

Called for a jump start on a public holiday. Came in about 1 and 1/2 hours, but kept me informed when he was delayed. Ended up needing a battery replacement, which he did very quickly!

Outstanding service! I maybe waiting for around 45 minutes, but the battery replacement was less than 5 minutes, reminding me of F1 pit stop speed and precision. Not only that he is fast, the service man pointed me to the correct battery size to be used and related technical information!

Leaving work @8PM and heard an odd noise. Pulled over and notice my rear tire was low. Called ARS Roadside Service, gentleman took my car and location information. BEST Service! Answered my text promptly and within 45 mins, the recovery guy got to my location and patched my punctured tyre in 10 mins. Super efficient!!
