Non-attentive service, nobody came to inform us where to get water or serve water, bacon is burnt and overcooked, too hard to eat. They also forgot our order of a ham cheese croissant and when it arrived, the ham was cold. Coffee was okay and cookie is nice.

Pizza Margherita and the Korean pasta were both delish! Their specialty seasonal blend for the coffee was also really great. Will be back

It’s been a while since we last visited Baker & Cook at Serangoon Gardens, and it was just as cozy and relaxed as we remembered. A good alternative to the nearby local hawker fare. This time, we tried the Mushroom Pâté on Toast, Muar Otah Pain Suisse, and Mixed Berry Danish. The standout was definitely the Muar Otah Pain Suisse. It was packed with ... see more

Unbelievable. $10 for a beer, and they serve it in a tiny glass that's smaller than the glass for free ice water. $10 for 150ml of beer?? And after service charge and tax, it's > $12. Unbelievable. It's gone in 2 gulps before I could even remember to take a pic. Sad day for beer drinkers

This was my first time dining at Baker & Cook. The pulled chicken pita bread was quite good actually, loved the BBQ sauce but hate the rocket leaves. We also ordered the big breakfast and the smoked salmon and avocado. Good simple fare.

I tried to find out when it is likely to be available but she was very rude and said she don’t know. The cakes and macarons are great but really need to improve service. Anyone know when the macarons are usuall... see more

Then they even provided free, cold can drinks of low sugar chrysanthemum drink as we waited. Their manager, an imposing, assertive pinoy lady, gave clear instructions of what to expect. For example the need to share seats with o... see more

As you can see in the picture below, this poorly designed light feature has caused great discomfort and inconvenience for me, and I am positive, for many others as well. This is owing to the fact that it has been placed way too low and forced customers to bend down every single time when going in and out from the seats. Otherwise, certain unsuspec... see more
