Question:
Answer:
Do they sell whole cakes, and do I need to pre-order??
Yes, they do beautiful whole cakes! For special occasions, it's best to pre-order to ensure you get exactly what you want. Plus, you can discuss custom decorations. How cool is that?

Lucky for us, yes! Bakery Brera understands our weekend pastry cravings. Check their opening hours though, they might be slightly different than weekdays, you know, for that beauty sleep!

I visited Bakery Brera & Fine Foods on Tue, 15 July and the service was extremely disappointing. Poor service overshadows the product. Upon entering, I was met with rudeness and unwarranted sarcasm from the staff, which made the entire visit uncomfortable and quite upsetting. There was a clear lack of basic courtesy and customer service, something... see more

Always at a loss on what to start off with when I order the Signature set from Brera, and after finally having come up with a plan of attack, I'd have to just go with my gut feel again cause some 'rat' at home would have swiped out some of the pastries that I wanted to try. Layered with butter and spotting the succession of folds that's a distinct... see more

Lovely neighborhood bakery with friendly staff (most of the time). The shop is a bit small and there is not a big spread but it's for the better, at least it's fresh most days for most items but not all items are worth it there. Decent bread talk like pastries (pricier side) as well as cheesecake (I prefer the original even though other flavours ... see more

I do not understand what is the hype. The croissants are expensive and overrated - not flaky, not nice at all! The egg tart danish is also not nice with a thick layer of caramelised sugar. The dine in is not comfortable. I wonder if trays are washed for the next patron if I am expensive to use cutleries to eat from the tray! The plastic fork and kn... see more

Was craving for burnt cheesecake and found online a nearby bakery with Hojicha burnt cheesecake. I love how hojicha and burnt cheesecake. So I head over immediately. The cheesecake was underwhelming. Overpowering hojicha with little cheese fragrance. The texture of the cake was also disappointing, rough, and heavy.

Great selection of bread, especially if you’re into sourdough —the variety and quality are genuinely impressive. Unfortunately, the experience at the storefront left a lot to be desired. The staff was quite rude and unhelpful when I asked questions, and I was given incorrect information. I specifically asked if the sourdough could be sliced, was to... see more

Buying from this bakery has always been a delightful experience. There’s a wide variety of freshly baked breads to choose from, each giving off that irresistible aroma that can be sensed from a distance even before stepping inside. The shop is air-conditioned, making it comfortable to browse around, and the assistants are friendly and always willi... see more

Curious about this celebrated bakery. Bakery Brera does decent quality pastries, though prices lean pricier (e.g., a small selection costs ~$20). The mini coconut kouign-amann ($4.50) stands out—buttery, flaky, and richly layered—while the croissants were unremarkable, due to their lightness and delicate texture. The cheese scone, which felt overly... see more
