Good first-time visit to this outlet. Routes were generally clearly labelled and standard seemed quite consistent across routes of similar grading. Visited on a Monday evening and while there was a bit of a crowd, it wasn't difficult to find opportunities to clear routes and it did not feel crammed. I signed up for the starter pack ($55) and just completed the onboarding session! Our instructor, Asha, was very friendly and welcoming. She explained everything clearly and gave us helpful tips. The space is quite spacious as well!! But do note on weekends it’s pretty packed!!

Signed up for the starter pack ($55) and just did the onboarding session! The starter pack is 2 weeks of unlimited session and it includes rental shoes too! Our instructor Sophia is really nice and warm. She taught us very well and what to look out for. The location is also quite big!

Had a starter pack at Sembawang branch. Solomon guided me through basics and is attentive during the session with tips and encouragement. It was a very good experience. You can consider to check out the starter pack if you're new to it.

Bought their starter pack and just took the introductory course. The instructor was super super nice, and our little class of 2 people had a lot of fun learning about the basics and tackling problems together. Very supportive environment even for beginners like me :D

It was such a good experience to learn how to boulder from a knowledgeable coach like Bernard who taught us the basics and showed us the ropes on climbing. Many thanks to Zion too! The gym is clean and well maintained, highly recommend to visit!
