Disappointingly mediocre. I fondly remember eating at Brasserie Gavroche when it was at Tras st. Truly amazing experience! The food is delicious and service was warm and friendly. The restaurant look really beautiful with a bar attached. As we were sharing main courses, warm plates were placed without requesting. And the same for our dessert, but with a cold plate. Amazing. Lovely Brasserie that transported us to Paris and back. Food was sumptuous and service attentive. All the dishes were memorable but the 2 stand out for me was the Prawn & Avocado salad, with the prawns grilled to perfection and the Duck Confit with duck skin that was crisp and yet melted in my mouth with each bite. Good ambiance, nice service. The starter bread was cold and just not really nice. Escargot is not that great too, but could be personal preference on the taste, feels too soft. Yes I highly recommend the food here. 4.7 stars out of 5. Everything was awesome here but just slight improvements - The escargot is good - just a little more garlic to add more to the punch! Went there for birthday celebrations. The food were delicious especially the duck, the meat was a bit dry, but the skin was crispy and when you bit into it, the oil tasted enhance the dishes and it was flavourful. Food: delicious , filling and great presentation. Staffs are friendly and gave good description of the food menu which aid us to decide on what to order. Very thoughtful to split the dish into two portions . Decor is posh and vibrant.
