Had the experience of renting a Mazda 3 for a weekend before Chinese New Year. Received a really new car (approximately 3 years old). Loved how it happened to come with a sun roof. Fast service and incident-free rental.

My card was double charged and I tried to email Avis but never get a response. Calling many times but no one response.. very frustrating. Be careful if you want to rent a car from Avis. STRONGLY advise not to!!!
