It was my second visit, this time to celebrate a special and personal event with two buddies I’ve shared three decades of friendship with. I chose Chef Vivian's restaurant as my first experience there was rich, happy and free.

Generous amount of cheese with it being fried to perfection

Had to order this as I saw so many reviews about it. I have to say it absolutely live up to the hype. A definite have to order. It's sour, yet sweet, with the right crunch and tenderness to it.
