The food is pretty nice and the atmosphere is chill compared to HDL. the 猪肚汤 has a pretty strong flavour so this might be something to take into consideration for hotpot.

I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Andrew, Henry, and the team for their impeccable service on 25th August during dinner. I shared that I wanted to plan a bridesmaid’s proposal, and they executed it seamlessly from start to finish. My girls were surprised, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how everything turned out. The food, as always, was o... see more

Coucou Hotpot‧Brew Tea @ Suntec City offers a unique hotpot dining experience with a modern, almost nightclub-like ambiance. It felt quite dark upon entering, but the lighting at the table was surprisingly well-designed, creating a cozy and private dining space. The soup bases were rich and flavorful, with high-quality ingredients included. The ho... see more

Way better service than the Jewel branch! Here, we had a dedicated waiter attending to our table throughout—felt almost like HaiDiLao. The place is also more spacious, with a nice cozy vibe and well-designed interiors. The ingredients were fresh, especially the marbled beef and crispy beancurd rolls. Loved the soup base—it was rich and comforting,... see more

Visited on a Sunday noon. Food was not worth the price. We paid a total of close to $250 for this for 3 Adults and 2 kids who ate not much from here. And service? There’s simply none. The staff whom were serving us appeared listless and unmotivated. Not sure if its the environment that was dark and made them sleepy. They were not even friendly and ... see more

Staff was attentive and efficient. There are many varieties of food, but it's quite pricey. The soup base was acceptable but won't be craving to revisit. The food was fresh. The braised pork rice is not too salty. you can give it a try. Their milk tea not too sweet, and the bubble is chewy. At the end of the meal, they served complimentary beancur... see more

Nice Taiwanese hotpot restaurant. The dim lighting and soothing Chinese instrumental music makes the place relaxing for dining. However there are occasional loud conversations or large group so expect moderate noise levels. Service by staff is acceptable, could be more prompt and friendly though. The good install is fresh and tasty. The main drawb... see more

Came here again as I could not forget about the really delicious braised pork and rice! Came here for a simple birthday dinner as I have been longing for the braised pork for ages. We ordered the Mala soup and the truffle mushroom soup with some standard ingredients. We also ordered the fried pork and 2 bubble tea. I like the meatball trio and it... see more
