Great selection of groceries,alcohol,snacks etc... but of course, the prices are definitely on the higher end compared to the other local supermarkets like NTUC,sheng shiong or giant. Raffles City is one of my must-visit spots whenever I'm in Singapore! The mall is clean, bright, and has a great mix of brands from luxury to affordable options. There’s also a wide variety of food choices. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is super convenient, right above the MRT station. Highly recommended!

Security was rude and discriminating. Brought in a lunch box from a cafe into supermarket to make a purchase and security mistook that I left without making payment for the box. We just had a great shopping experience here at this large supermarket on level one in Raffles City. The store is very clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what we were looking for. They had a wide variety of fresh foods, ready-to-eat meals, and delicious snacks and treats The deals they offered were appealing as well. Definitely wort... see more

Frequent here as this outlet is big so wider selection. and favourite is the dog treat bar, my dog love the treat mix here and quite enjoy picking dog treats similar to picking from a candy bar.

Very bad service by staff. Wanted to buy some meat for a function but was told by staff at the seafood section they could not assist and I had to go to the counter. Upon going to the counter I was told that there no more staff serving that area. Much prefer shopping at meidi-ya! Hope the management can look into this

I always pop into this supermarket whenever I am at Raffles City, and I impressed that it now offers a wide selection of ready to eat Japanese meals inter alia, as well as cook to order meals - while maintaining its range of products as you would expect from a regular supermarket.
