Loved this place; especially sleeping and waking up surrounded by fishes and rays was amazing! Room and staff were both superb; however, overall experience was somewhat underwhelming. Accessing Ocean Suites requires entering through an eyesore of a basement parking lot which should give some clue as to its design ability; at $2300/night one would expect much more!

Once we had checked in at the front desk, a golf buggy picked us up to take us along a scenic ride through lush greenery to our hotel room. I immediately took out my phone in anticipation to capture everything but to my disbelief within just 10 seconds it drove us directly into an asphalt parking lot! Room was spotlessly clean & spacious! Staff was accommodating & service was exceptional - I would stay again just for their services alone! Many thanks to Jasper & Kelvin who helped make our experience enjoyable & highly recommend!

Staff was great from check in through check out. Services are numerous but quality can't quite measure up; Butlers generally do an outstanding job of service delivery; rooms weren't exactly stellar either, needing additional polishing.
