I’ve been training Muay Thai at Evolve MMA (Orchard Central) and it’s been a solid experience. The instructors are highly skilled, with real-world experience and they’re great at correcting technique while keeping classes engaging. As someone who enjoys intense workouts I appreciate the structured classes and supportive vibe.

Had a good experience in this branch. Equipment was clean and instructors were very friendly and knowledgeable. Front desk staff were also very helpful! Will recommend for anyone looking for a good place to workout for MMA in town.

Super awesome place to learn Muay Thai! The instructors are highly experienced and engaging. I come here 3-4 times a week. The classes are always challenging and fun. The front desk staff are also very welcoming and friendly--in particular Gerald has been helpful in assisting me with many things over the years.

Great place for kids to learn Martial Arts!My son enjoyed Muay thai and Jiu-jitsu! Every staff and instructors made us feel super welcome! Kru Aa, Kru Bank,Professor Valdir and Professor Fabio are exceptional - they are very patient. The cleanliness of the gym is very surprisingly well maintained. Kudos to the team!
