Fusion Spoon is a casual self-service restaurant in Singapore that feels like a high-end food court, offering a wide variety of local and international dishes in a bright, relaxed setting. Tried Fusion Spoon for lunch after our plan at Canopy Jurong Lake Garden changed due to an event. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing and not worth the price. Great location to have a meal after a healthy walk. Good value, reasonably price. Food taste too healthy.

Came on a Friday night and had to wait quite a while for both a table and the food. Tried the chicken curry with rice but was disappointed. The chicken was tough, the curry portion was too little with lots of small bones, and there wasn’t enough gravy for the rice.

Spiced prawn and hummus on toast was too salty, mushroom melt burger’s cheese wasn’t fully melted and the buns weren’t great, kids’ fish and chips’ cut of fish was bland. Hor fun did not have the local wok hey taste and didn’t meet expectations despite being on the chef’s recomme... see more
