Poorly run embassy that operates only four mornings a week, with an ineffective phone system and an incomplete online inquiry process. Inefficient use of taxpayers money! The security guard, instead of being helpful, seems to relish in being disrespectful and dismissive. We can't help but draw the conclusion that the guard is compensating for a la... see more

The German Embassy in Singapore is really great. Friendly and understandable staff, which knows that sometimes the documents might not be 100% correct filled up, people are unexpected late, but in the end always friendly. So much better compared to German embassy in Kuala Lumpur!

Friendly staff, good availability of appointments even on short notice, and short waiting times.

Very poor service level- very disappointing. Office never answering phone calls or even cut you off Passport replacement takes long time Wondering who is in charge running such poorly operating embassy Need to benchmark against Singapore government service

Such a fantastic experience! The person who was at my front desk was very chill and understanding. There was no issues applying for my passports and I got all the support of what I need to do. Such a pleasure! Reminder: phones are not allowed so make sure to bring a card or enough cash to pay (I mainly use my phone for payments)

I visited the embassy today for me and my wife’s visa application. The staff was very helpful and kind, we liked the staff’s interaction. Also, the staff made some constructive suggestions to help our visa application to be complete. Furthermore, they are allow flexibility for further document submission.
