My worst gv experience. I can't even buy popcorn and drinks properly. Both staff keep telling us to buy from the ticket kiosk. You cannot buy them individually without the tickets. The sound system is unbearable... So scratchy, no bass. Just saw that I am not the only one who feels this way. Will definitely avoid this theatre and GV theatres in future. Hope the management would take this feedback to improve.

Screen 6 here is not up to the standard required in Singapore. It’s like in coming to India Lol. Screen is much more darker than it should be. I’ve seen many movies and I know when things are not normal. Let’s see if GV will take this criticism and fix their screen 6 here in city square or are they going to ignore? Fantastic experience of the time and I have really enjoyed the movie 1917. The food was sufficient and reasonable price. The seating arrangements are good and sound was great. It was crisp and perfect to watch movie peacefully. You can come earlier and explore the market too..

Spacious. Comfortable seat. Loved the POP corn and my boys felt that popcorn was tasty than Shaw Cinemas, which I agreed. Definitely will patronise GV again.

Went for a late night show at 11:30pm. Halfway through the movie, I started sweating. The aircon was not working and it got super stuffy to the point that I couldnt focus on the movie at all. Worst experience
