Poorly managed queue system to get tickets at the kiosk. Unruly customere were rude and shouting at other customers and were cutting queue, cancelling elderly patron's tickets when they had to step away to find staff to assist them and no staff stepped in to manage them. Took a star off because i just sat through a movie that had segments where the video and audio were jittery. Paid good money to watch pirated movie? This might be a one-off experience but there's no way to just take off half a star, so...

Damn it, this is absolutely terrible. I’m dealing with low blood sugar and tapering off medication, and they still wouldn’t let me bring in a drink—even though I already bought a ticket! You would love the relatively larger comfortable cushion seats in GVMax. I enjoyed watching 'How to Train a Dragon' here. The dragon and trainer's flights in the sky sceneries across oceans and mountain ridges looked spectacular on the mega cinema screen.

AVOID GOLDCLASS HALL 1 unless you want to ruin your movie experience, and waste your time and money for a lousy experience. Movie stopped twice (and each time there were 10-15 min intervals to wait for it to be fixed) and there were at least 4 glitches throughout the movie. Its was amazing experience for me, very long days im waiting for a good movie, then ive finally got it the conjuring last rites. Its wonderful experience guys to watch this screen this is the one of the biggest screen ive ever watch this. Highly recommend with dolby atomas ....

GVMax is really great. The wide screen, the audio system. All come together very well to enjoy the action packed movies to its fullest extent. Nothing will come close to this experience. The seats are spacious and very comfortable. Only improvement they can consider is allow people to exit the way they came in.
