Ngee Ann City

At Ngee Ann City, find us at 391B Orchard Road, 08-09 Tower B, Singapore 238874. Contact us at 65 6235 6686 or via WhatsApp at 65 8591 8328. We are open Monday to Saturday from 10:30am to 8:00pm, and on Sundays and Public Holidays from 10:30am to 6:00pm.

One Raffles Place

Our One Raffles Place location is at 04-22/23, Singapore 048616. Reach us at 65 6533 2173 or via WhatsApp at 65 8296 2238. Our hours are Monday to Friday from 10:30am to 8:00pm, and Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Have been coming here for 5 years, always have a comfortable time with Elle who is very experienced and friendly. Highly recommend!

So glad my package has ran out at this place. I had a bad experience early on as they just broke the hairs (rather than pulling out with root) so they gave me a free treatment with Florence to compensate. At first, she was better but this reoccurred a few times more.

Got a wax about a week ago from the local Singaporean girl who works here and I had the best experience. Not being from here, I was a bit nervous, but she was so friendly. The waxing wasn’t painful and the after result is great.

Good waxing service, but poor overall customer experience. Hidden costs - I ended up paying almost double the listed price. Disappointing.
