Pure disappointment. This management has brought down the image and class of Yamaha significantly. They ought to get their act together. Shame on them.

I bought Yamaha NMax from young man, Darren. Purchase Price: $15,096. Excluding OBU $245.90. Insurance $243.07. Loan Fee: $500. 4% loan interest. Thank you Darren for your patience in answering my questions. Good service. Ordered on 16July2024. I got the bike on 19July2024.

Waste my time coming down today afternoon. Fella basically act as if I'm not even there. asked about a bike and he just gave me the price list and continue doing his stuff again. might as well call it a store, don't call it a showroom. nonsense salesman.

My Yamaha Nmax 155 ABS spoil only 2.5year after purchase and it cost $850 for the repair and parts, it also cost my speedometer to spoil too. I’m not going to buy Yamaha bike anymore such a lousy quality bike

The worst place one can send their bike for troubleshooting. Even worst is they are the Yamaha agent. For your information, it’s a 1 week old brand new bike. What’s the point of having a warranty for a brand new bike & agent denying existing issue on a brand new bike. The bike is just a week old after purchase. Absolutely terrible experience at Hong Leong Yamaha Service Center. This place is a complete mess — disorganized, unresponsive, and utterly lacking in customer service.
