Eaten here twice - once in the evening and this time during lunch. The grilled pork belly is very juicy and slightly crispy on the outside, and has that awesome bbq aroma. I would love to eat that chilli but I did not as I would definitely break out in sweat. It’s so satisfying just eating the pork belly and rice.

Went to the Timbre+ outlet in expo and it was a decent plate of lechon. The skin was crispy but a bit too hard. As for the meat some parts were juicy but some were too dry and hard. The accompanying vege also seemed a bit sad..

Unreasonable price for the taste and portion of the bbq and lechon. Rice also almost half cup. Taste is not the same as before. It looked like I ate a kids meal. Waiting time around 20mins.

Very authentic Filipino cuisine. Delicious and the serving is just right. We tried their lechon, sisig, adobo, liempo and laing and we say it is really really good. Very near to Lyf hotel and very close to One-North Station too! It is a must-try Filipino cuisine! They are located in Timbre+ where there is a live band or gig every night. You have to... see more

Great tasting lechon. I ordered the 500g for $24. Skin is very crispy, nice mild smokiness, good balance of fats and lean meat. Aromatics like spring onions, ginger, garlic and lots of lemongrass makes the meat very fragrant. It's lemongrass overload! Actually the lechon is flavourful enough that no sauce is needed for me.

Tried this place recently on a colleague’s recommendation and was pleasantly surprised! I had the Lechon rice — spicy roasted pork served with white rice and a bit of pickled radish. The pork was beautifully roasted, aromatic, and packed with flavour from the spices. A very satisfying lunch, and I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes!

I am an undergraduate student from Nanyang Technological University and a member of the Filipino cultural club. For our end-of-academic-year event, we reached out to Iskina Cebu, and they generously agreed to sponsor a large serving of their delicious lechon along with two trays of flavorful chopsuey. The coordination was smooth, and their team wa... see more

First time trying cebu restaurant. I would say it's a unique experience. I think it's quite rare to see such food in Singapore. The lechon meat has got a unique taste. The skin is super crispy. The soup provided is saltish and sourish. One comment is that after chewing the crispy skin for a while, my jaw feels very tired.
