Bought some desserts as a gift. They look great visually. The cake was nice. Got some bon bons as well (Rum, Strawberry & cream, Bakkwa chicken, Whisky Orange, Gingerflower) Almost all of them were pretty mild and just tasted like plain chocolate. I tried two cakes - strawberry ($10) and chocolate ($10) for takeaway. They looked great but tasted ok - the strawberry one was very gelatinous and the chocolate one didn’t have a very intense flavour. Disappointing! Won’t be back! I wanted to get 3 chocolates but they say they don’t sell in box of 3 so i increase to 5 then they say ok. 1 bonbon $3.50 as seen in Pic 1 but upon payment, tell me $25 for 5 and saying it’s a special box. $25 can get me 7 bonbons so i ask why the markup they say the box is special and can be used for further purchase... see more

Moon cake gift from friend. Very thick and heavy plastic box from Janice Wong , not practical, ugly and not environmentally friendly. Will boycott this bakery.

Such unique cakes… expensive but unique. The chocolate cake was really good! The gula melaka cloud looking cake was pretty nice as well but my preference is chocolate and this shop is about chocolates so good job! Good for special gifting and birthdays

Pre-ordered 3 bottle of Janice Wong Double Chocolate Sea Salt Cookies for collection at Paragon outlet. Collection process was seamless. The opening hours need to be updated. My impression of this store is not pleasant. Difficult to order; staffs are not polite. Items are small but expensive. The only good thing is probably their cake design is unique but I guess will be outdated soon as they don’t change.
