Ordered 2 spicy chicken from deliveroo. Received 1 spicy and 1 original. The original chicken looks like leftover from someone's else meal. It's all left with bone and skin only. Ridiculous. Look at the bottom of the photo, does it look like the meat has been teared off?

my fried chicken looks like it could come alive anytime, the male manager was rude about it when confronted and told me it was duck meat??? they forgot a few of our order items and had to keep going back. the spaghetti was undercooked and found a piece of raw meat inside???

We accidentally dropped the food since the food on the tray was overloaded and too heavy. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one offered or even helped us clean up. Horrendous service from the male manager. No basic form of customer service. Have raise a question on simply asking whether they have given me 2 drums of a regular set, he has mentioned it is breast meat. The queue for the order machine is super long. But the actual order counter is empty. Walked up there and ordered instead… anyways, the spicy fried chicken is super good. I get why people like it now especially with gravy. However… I don’t think I can get onboard with the spaghetti.

I spilled my milo by accident and this really friendly staff Eliza was really nice helping me with the mess and even gave me a small refill for the milo i have spilled.
