Loved the experience here. Got seated quickly (made reservation) and had quick and timely service! They were very attentive, bringing new plates, tissues frequently. The food was excellent. We got the chili crab, scallops and tom yum soup. Highly recommend!

Super crowded place. You really should get a reservation so you don’t end up waiting in line. The restaurant is located on 4th floor. Staff asked if you have any specific allergies. My family has been going to Jumbo for years. Food tonight was excellent, in particular the Alaskan crab and cereal prawns were fantastic. Xiang was attentive, and well deserving of praise for her service, thank you for a great evening!

Jumbo Ion has a mix of solid and middling dishes. Items we enjoy at Jumbo Ion include the piquant Mee Goreng and Chili Crab, and while the chili crab is quite delicious, it doesn't measure up to those at Roland Restaurant, which IMO have the best tasting Chili Crab. Would be good if dry tissues were provided. We had to use ours halfway through eating the crabs. Hot tea we had to pour our own. Alaskan king crab was good and worth the money. Glad to try it in two sauces. Total bill was about $730.00
