I like their pork congee - old school taste and relatively generous with the meat. It’s not cheap though, and I was slightly taken aback when she charged me 70 cents for adding an egg ($5.20 in total). The stall attendant is feisty & not the best tempered, but I’ll still go back for the food as it’s comfort food.

Ordered sliced pork and century egg porridge. The porridge is too “rough” as the rice grains are not fully “broken.” The taste is bland and quantity is small compared to other porridge stalls. The fried fritter is nice as it is still crispy and slightly warm. Adding one egg cost 70 cents, which is expensive. Just be aware both uncles have “personal... see more

Ordered sliced pork and century egg porridge. The porridge is not bad and enjoyable. The congee’s consistency is not as thick as I expected. The fried fritter is nice and crispy. Unfortunately the service that I got was quite rude and impolite.

Upon checking, ... see more

LATEST UPDATE I just ordered a chicken porridge with adding an egg. And as one of the reviews had experienced. I WAS ALSO CHEATED by them. Such a dishonest stall. There wasn’t an egg when I opened up at home. 😖😖😖 I’ve since downgraded them from two stars to one star. ************** INITIAL REVIEW Porridge so-so. Plenty ingredients but flavou... see more

Owner is very friendly and shares which are the best to have for someone that don't prefer offals. Trying almost everything on the menu and not regretting my choices I always ask for additional you tiao as it's cooked in front of you so you know it's crunchy and it goes so well with the congee. The braised peanuts are awesome too and I am a freq... see more

Beware of this stall. So dishonest. And i regretted only reading the rest of the reviews after eating it. While the owner replies to the review, it seems like it's just a template answers and there seems no difference made. Ordered century egg porridge with additional egg. When i received the porridge, there's no egg. Even another aunty help me t... see more
