Question:
Answer:
What should I bring for my first class??
Definitely bring water to stay hydrated! Wear comfortable athletic clothes you can move in. Depending on the class, you might need gloves or a mouthguard, but check with them beforehand to see what's essential for your first session. Get ready to rumble!

Small and cozy, nice muay Thai workout tbh. Owner is not particularly friendly but I don't think he is out to bite you either! 😆

Incredible coaches and amazing training culture. Couldn't recommend the Muay Thai PT enough, we have been with Alex for over 4 years now and this is the place to go if you want to push beyond your limits.

Tried the MMA classes here and it did not disappoint. The classes were reasonably priced and could go to as low as $25 per class. I did the $36 per class.
