After purchasing an Apple snail from Target approximately one hour ago and discovering all were dead (three were even empty!), customer service quickly replied with no photos being requested or investigation being undertaken, thus no exchange or return could take place - truly exceptional service!

Visited on a Saturday afternoon, I appreciated having free parking available. Fishes, plants and accessories were in abundance here; all in perfect health too. A safe, reasonably priced place to find everything from fishes and accessories for them all in one location!

I really love this shop as you can find almost anything under one roof, usually at better prices than competing aquatic stores in town. A friendly reminder is not to expect much assistance from staff since this place operates mostly self service; so know exactly what it is you are searching for before entering!
