Question:
Answer:
What should I wear and bring for a class at PACE??
Think comfy and flexible! You'll want to wear athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion – leggings or shorts, and a t-shirt or tank top are perfect. Most studios prefer grip socks for better stability, especially for Barre. Definitely bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a small towel might be handy for that post-workout glow!
