Fantastic place to train, with some of the best trainers and striking coaches around. The sessions are always engaging. The trainers know how to motivate and challenge you to do better, while the friendly vibe around the gym makes every class fun and entertaining.

Absolutely fantastic experience - have had the opportunity working with Kru Yod this past week before heading to Thailand for a camp. Unbelievably more helpful and higher quality than a majority of the commonly hit spots. If you’re a beginner or advanced they have everything you need. Cannot recommend these guys enough.
