Booked an Alphard at 4am. Syafiq updated us that he's headed over, and arrived earlier than expected. He also helped my parents with their luggage. While on the road, Syafiq drove safely, and was very professional. I highly recommend Platinum Maxi Cab Singapore and Syafiq's services, and would request for his services again.

booked airport transfer 1 week in advance, received confirmation immediately only for driver to be unreachable and NO-SHOW on the morning of flight departure. had to scramble to call grab myself. do not recommend at all.
