Paid $200+ for 2ppl, 5hrs and 30 mins shower. Overall - not rested, better value to go elsewhere. False advertising about the sleeping pods are included in the lounge feature. Food - good, but not all dishes were topped up over night. Bar's closed from 3am - 6am so this lounge is not 24hrs operating. Staff - except for 2 lovely elderly ladies clean... see more

Overall had a good experience. The shower time was short (30 min) but the showers were spacious and they provided a good towel with some basic amenities (tooth brush, comb, hairdryer) The lounge itself is comfortable. A lovely large lounge. Only free drinks however are beer, white/red wine and Tiger Beer. No spirits unlike other Plaza Premiums around the world. Hot food range excellent with live cooking station for some A La Carte stuff. Some of the plugs did not work at the chairs. Overall a comfortable experience.

20251005 - access lounge with dragonpass. Though there is no shower rooms inside the lounge, they provide towels to use in the public shower just beside the lounge.
