A 3 piece chicken was supposed to be like the ones on the menu. But they gave 4 SMALL pieces. pissed, Never coming back

I ordered food to eat in and ended up waiting forever. Delivery orders were clearly being prioritized. My order was only processed after I asked again. Very poor service. The tables were covered with trays and empty packaging — I even had to clean our table myself. Definitely not coming back.

Visited on a weekend afternoon. Food was average, typical fast food. Service, however, was quick. However, there seems to be quite a number of flies and the 1 staff assigned to the dining area does not seems to be cleaning up the tables (even though it was not a very crowded day).

Worse service encounter!!! Ordered spicy winglets set of 6pcs cost $11.90 (DONT ORDER THAT ! It’s most smallest wings I never ever see n before! ) and when I received the size of the wings is super ridiculous super mini and I didn’t seen such mini size in any of MacDonald or KFC had that. Popeyes, please consider hiring more staff or training your current team to pack food more efficiently. I visited on Thursday night and had to wait 40 minutes for my order. Crazy busy spot, so plan to be patient. Was craving a taste of home so I popped in, the fry felt undercooked and a bit flour-y after a 15 minute wait for tenders. For the job done but not a great experience.

Alright, so I popped in on a Friday around 5 PM and ordered the curry cereal chicken set. Honestly, the chicken was a bit wet and not that crispy, which was a bummer. Terrible. Tastes absolutely nothing like Popeyes anywhere else. Soggy, cold, dry chicken burger and fish burger. Fries cold, dry and not enough seasoning. Somehow the soda was also completely awful, balance of syrup and water way off. Milo also extremely watery. Mash was disgusting.
