I wonder if this is the same as the one at Clarke Quay (used to be). Cuz this is the Lobster broth one! We had the spicy red one and the normal one. The soup was definitely salty as expected. But its the rich and strong ramen soup! Super like the ramen from Keisuke group!

Niboshi Ramen. Broth full of dried fish soup favour. Bamboo shoots crunchy and ramen al dente. Black Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. Char siu and Ramen not bad. The broth is surprising element with the crispy bits in the black spicy sauce Food was served quite fast upon order paid. The lobster broth ramen has always been a favorite, with its umami-rich flavor and tasty toppings. The complimentary sprouts and boiled eggs are a lovely touch, adding protein to an otherwise carb-heavy meal. I came for lunch on a Sunday and it was not too busy. I'd especially like to commend Doris for her hospitality; she was very attentive and ... see more

Came on a Friday evening around 6pm, restaurant was mostly empty so there was no waiting time. I ordered the Lobster Broth ramen which was ok, came with 2 pieces of chashu only which were on the smaller side, but the pork tasted quite good. I regret ordering the strong soup, I would recommend opting for light or normal (concentration/flavour). My... see more

Was told our two years old daughter is not qualified for free kids ramen when sit. It was not a happy experience. Our fault that we did not read the poster carefully, which stated free ramen for kids age 3-10 years old only. Our kid is turning three, but not yet. Hence, when people asked, we always say two. Advise to people who visiting, remember t... see more

Tried the lobster broth ramen. Soup is light, yet flavourful with the taste of lobster. Ramen is Al dente. Char siew is thin cut, chewy but also nicely marinated. Bamboo shoots are thick and crunchy. There's also crunchy black fungus to top it off. Together with the complimentary hard boiled eggs and bean sprout, this is a 5/5 experience for me. Hi... see more

This is a 3.5-star rating; you can see that the owner’s team responds to every review diligently. Which deserve a thumbs-up! The broth is very thick — in fact, too thick for the red lobster, which can become a bit jelak. The char siew is too fatty, but they offer free eggs and bean sprouts, which is nice. Food was served quickly and promptly.

Visited during weekday lunchtime and it was easy to get a table for 2. The free flow beansprouts and eggs are a nice gesture. I wouldn't say the its best Tonkotsu ramen that I have had. While the broth was thick, it lacked the necessary depth of flavor. The noodles weren't as hard as I would liked it to be even though i have indicated that I prefe... see more
