The lady at Tampines Mall B1 outlet very rude . When I ask Her something few times , she do not bother to answer me. Company must teach her customer service lesson. When she passed me my order. She was very loud. Extremely disappointed. Take my comment seriously

Bought their 6” chocolate cake voucher off FAVE. Redemption was quite easily done. Taste-wise, you get what you pay for. Nothing to shout about. Not too sweet but cake layers were rather dry.

The staff accidentally dipped 4 fingers into the chocolate cake (after serving a guest, her hands were in contact with money) that we wanted to purchase. She then offered to sell it to us at a discounted price or fill up the hole with chocolate to cover up......... the hygiene standards here is terrible.

Twice in a month I would definitely buy apple strudel for my family or colleagues for our tea break. The price is worth when they got promotion. You should try mango strudel too. These good stuff is fill filling definitely you wont feel hungry if even if u took this for your lunch. Staff is friendly. Keep it up.

Very bad, bought so many times and give them the benefit of doubt. Everytime I bought it's soggy, feedback to the uncle but he said it was made fresh. The fillings is not pipe on the spot. It's already prepared in the fridge.

Bought two durian cream puffs here yesterday. They were rockkk hard! Hard would be an understatement considering how soft cream puffs usually are. It was so disappointing especially when they were not cheap and it was supposed to be a birthday treat. I wonder how they could get away with selling them.

The staff is very friendly! This has always been my childhood fav, and I'm so excited each time I get this because they are so yummy!
