The durian mille was frozen hard, and one of the worst tasting I ever had.

Apple and Durian strudel still tasted good. Mango mehhhhh, not so great.

Terrible attitude from the one female staff when I was there at 11+am on 31 Aug (Sunday). The promotion poster was not displayed near counter and when I saw it, I asked if this promotion was valid. The staff at Ritz West Mall are consistently friendly, polite, and welcoming. In particular, Ms. Ruzilah stands out for her warm, engaging personality—she is always cheerful and leaves a lasting positive impression with her friendly conversations.

Was served by Ruzilah who was a very attentive staff and helpful with the choices of pastries available. She was knowledgeable and had great expertise in her work and was friendly and did not pressure me, but allowed me to choose what I wanted to buy with guidance and tips from her! She was from NTFGH but now she's is here, I will support WM

Mdm Ruz from West Mall outlet gave her all when I ordered a last minute heart shaped strawberry strudel for my daughter's birthday. Upon collection she also promoted the custards which she isn't stingy on the fillings. My 2nd time order attended by her. Kudos...
