Worst experience ever had! Food is not fresh right after had, waitress was also super impolite.

We came here at 1.50pm . Waited for so long . There are no staff and no signage’s over counter . We are so long . At 2.12pm , staff arrived at counter

Went to buy 2 cream puffs from Ritz Ng Teng Fong outlet on 17 May at around 2pm. Encountered this extremely rude staff who served me. Very disappointed on the taste ..are they changing recipes ?? I’ve bought two strawberry strudel and me n my family member gave same comments: Very artificial taste and coloring , and the strawberry is not ripe. Seller pls be consider to change back ur previous recipe others wise u may losing more customer.
