Sheila's Satay:
Savor Singapore's most famous snack: Satay. These Indonesian-inspired meat skewers are richly marinated with 12 spices and grilled over charcoal for a smoky flavor. The complex peanut dip, accompanied by cool cucumbers, rice cakes, and onions, completes this culinary sensation. Also available are BBQ prawns, Soto Ayam, Mee Rebus, and Tahu Goreng. Owner Sheila, trained by the late Sam Hussin, has been at the helm for over a decade.

Eva brings 9 years of F B experience to her stall, offering BBQ chicken wings, Popiah, Sheng Jian Bao, and dumplings. Known for her handmade ingredients and sauces, Eva prides herself on delivering authentic flavors with a nostalgic yet fresh taste of traditional delights.
Thai Street Food:
Enjoy authentic Thai flavors without leaving Singapore. Try the popular Pad Thai, Yum Woon Sen Vermicelli seafood salad, and Tom Yum Soup. Complete your meal with the classic Mango Sticky Rice.
Chef Anis' Pakistani Cuisine:
Chef Anis, from Karachi, Pakistan, creates authentic Pakistani dishes, from beef dhaga kebab to Karahi and mash daal fry. Also enjoy crowd favorites like roasty cheese naan and butter chicken.
Chef Ah Yau's Singapore Chinese Inspired Dishes:
Chef Ah Yau brings his no-rules style from the street kitchens of Malaysia and Singapore. His Singapore Chinese-inspired dishes blend Indian Muslim, Western, and Chinese flavors. Don't miss the Chili Crabs, Fried Prawn Paste Chicken, Salted Egg Yolk Prawns and Ribs, Pineapple Fried Rice, and Yang Zhou Fried Rice.
Seafood Grill:
Inspired by a trip to Bangkok Chinatown, their signature dish features grilled black pepper crab. Enjoy fresh seafood grilled to perfection, including prawns, skate, stingray, fish, clams, and squid.

Makansutra Gluttons Bay is located at 8 Raffles Avenue, 01-15, Singapore 039802, next to Esplanade. Operating hours are Monday-Thursday from 4pm to 11pm, Friday-Saturday from 4pm to 11:30pm, and Sunday from 3pm to 11:30pm. Last order is 30 minutes before closing.
