They run out of chicken congee at about 845 pm or early, until 1005 still no refill. Even I remind the staff at 910, , and he says coming , but it never arrives after left the lounge. The worst lounge I have ever been to! Two types of fish dishes COLD! Laksa boiling water and soup COLD! It’s a comfortable lounge but the quality of food is atrocious.

Spacious area with a 3-hour time limit—just the right amount of time to unwind. Although the sign said “full capacity,” my friend up to the receptionist anyway and still got in—worth a shot if you’re nearby! In comparison to Plaza Premium the food and drink offering is way better. The drink variety and alcohol is included unlike PP and food choice is more choices. Has comfortable seating and friendly staff. Would recommend this over the PP.

Was here around 8-10am on 12 Oct Sunday to use the complimentary lounge access on my DBS Altitude credit card. Crowd level was ~50% of capacity and I was able to get a low booth spot at the brighter backend of the lounge. There was a pungent smell (a bit like fish sauce) lingering at the food counter area which kinda killed the ambience. Food taste... see more

Very good facilities.... Sleeping Booth is available. Spacious lounge. Indian's may not like their food because most of the food's are 'Sweety' at the same quality of the food is really appreciated. I like the variety of tea bags which not commonly seen Indian domestic lounges. Showering facilities are available with the bath towels.

Nice, comfortable place, clean toilets too. 1 of the 2 coffee machines was down but that was ok. Plenty of alcohol and spirits.
