This is my regular car rental company. They have very prompt and sincere customer service. Appointment made via WhatsApp was easy and recommended.

Terrible service. Slow to respond over emails. Indicated strong interest on Monday for a car rental for the weekend and after chasing over emails and phone, I was notified on Wed that cars are fully booked. Waste of time.

**Following on from the owner's response - This is blatantly untrue as between Monday to Wednesday, the team had only responded ONCE. I had to call up on Wed to seek a response in which I was notified the cars were fully booked. Again, waste of time.
