Cheah Kang Wei, also known as Kelvin is ‘apparently’ the manager here. I placed a bet for an event that was happening the next day. The old lady who served me place the incorrect bet without asking me and when I asked Kelvin if I could swap it to the correct bet he refused and pointed to a list of rules.
