Some hits and some misses. Overall, it's not too bad. Service was good, only towards the end of the meal, we had difficulty getting the service staff's attention to serve our desserts and to refill our tea. This, they can improve on, especially for tables (in rooms) right at the end of the restaurant.

Never regrets walking into Soup restaurant. The food are super nice & all staffs excellent. Very attentive & informative. Kudos goes to staff Ms Lee Yole Chu, always give a helping hand before you could ask....excellent. Always finished every dishes on the table. Thank you.

Service rendered by Lee Yoke Chu was excellent and very friendly.. She is very hardworking and keeps herself busy helping out her colleagues.. Very blessed to have a private room for dine in! Service is good, place is clean and comfortable. The service staffs were very attentive and helpful in recommending dishes... We loved the samsui chicken and ordered additional serving as its too good!

We had dined in on last week, ordering the set dinner and other additional dishes. All dishes served and tasted good except the 辣椒蟹肉与馒头Chili crab with fried Mantou can't make it at all. It is just like glue. Nothing taste close to chili crab dish. Hope the chef will seriously look into this dish. Service staffs at Vivo, I should applaud. Good!
