Very pleased with service of Doris, a very polite, pleasent knowledgeable lady. Her food recommendations is commendable. We will definitely be back, food is good n service is impeccable.

First time at this branch today (weekday) for lunch. Were told the serving may take longer than usual around 20min and we acknowledged. However we took almost 1 hour to finish the lunch, the last veggies took almost 40min to serve us. The overall long waiting was unpleasant despite there’s no crowd. Food overall was nice. Yangzhou fried rice is a bit too oily. Sweet and sour pork was good. Mr Tan was helpful and friendly.

Fantastic food and service. We've been patronizing Soup Restaurant at United Square for a long time, and the standards never drop. I walked in about 2.05pm and as shown on receipt I ordered at about 2.07pm.. Iced Pu Er, EB Ginger Chicken Rice and Angelica Pork Loin Soup were served to me about 2.15pm and it take abit longer because I saw my soup was actually served to another customer opposite my table. Good and fast service with delicious food although on the saltier side. Also, generous portion and discount available for lunch and early dinner. The chicken is signature and highly recommended.
