Totally! Being in HDB Hub, you're in food heaven! There are tons of eateries, from hawker fare to restaurants. You definitely won't go hungry!

What's the nearest MRT station to the SP Group Customer Service Centre??
Toa Payoh MRT Station (NS19) on the North-South Line is your best bet! The SP Group Customer Service Centre is located in HDB Hub which is conveniently linked to the MRT station, making it super easy to get to!

Yep, there are parking facilities at HDB Hub! You shouldn't have too much trouble finding a spot to park. Just follow the signs when you get there. Happy parking!

Hey! What are the opening hours for the SP Group Customer Service Centre??
Alrighty! They're open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Mondays to Fridays. Sadly, they're closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. So, make sure you plan your visit during the weekdays!

Worst energy utility company in Singapore. Terrible customer service. I called during office hours multiple times for a billing issue, but kept getting redirected to voicemail. Overall the service is good and fast. We came on a weekday. Their self help kiosk was easy to use and we didn’t really have to wait. The lady who served us was able to help us with the transfer of the utilities account ownership which was great! Terrible queue system. Make their customers queue outside the corridor when there is a very big and empty waiting room inside with empty sofa. Don't understand why they only let in 1 or 2 customers each time and let the rest wait outside. Why are they not considering especially when there are elderly in the queue? They need a bigger holding area where people can just take queue number and wait for services. Now you need to queue for a while before you can take a queue number.
