Premier’s service was really fantastic. We needed a car really last minute during the holiday season and Fred helped us getting one really fast. He was very prompt and friendly to us, helped us with the admin work and checked through the car thoroughly with us before handing it over. We hired the car for a day to try it out. The staff were very helpful and the car was in good condition. I would rent from them again.

The worst service I have experienced. I stood in line for 35 minutes, two customers at the counter and two employees.
