I went for lunch and it was so enjoyable. Chef Mizuki San was lovely and he made every piece of sushi with great care and pride. A beautifully curated meal by Chef Satori — every course was a delight. No surprise they earned Michelin stars in both 2023 and 2024. Chef mentioned the menu will be changing again in September — looking forward to coming back to try again :)

Best omakase tried this year. The food is incredibly fresh, luxurious and beautifully presented. Superb omakase menu and experience on my wife’s birthday. Thank you Chef Ryuta Katori!! Love the abalone liver dish and their rice is so good! Can’t wait to come back for their next menu as they do frequently update and change from time to time.
