Free courtesy cruise by the Singapore Tourists Association. Must book it in advance with real names. Local citizens don’t know the free cruise bcz it is only for tourists. Loved the experience on the River! Best way to see the Singapore magnificent skyline from the harbour! Best do it at sunset around 7pm, leave with daylight come back with the night and the whole city lights up!

I’m a local and I found this an interesting boat ride. Singapore’s city landscape is pretty nice, esp when it gets darker!

I recommend the night tour to see the light show, I did it last year then again this year with different people and everyone thoroughly enjoyed. It is a little bit cheaper than the other cruise stand in Clarke Quay, and definitely less people on board when you go past. Here is a pickup/drop-off point for the boat cruises provided by WaterB. We chose the 1 hour tour that included also the water and light show from Marina Bay waterfront. We admired the city from the water and we also had a small guide when we were passing by key places.
