Question:
Answer:
What's the policy on bringing my own toiletries or towels??
No need to pack your entire bathroom cabinet! Yunomori provides towels, yukatas (those comfy Japanese robes), and basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Just bring yourself and get ready to relax!

Question:
Answer:
Are there any on-site dining options, or should I plan to grab food elsewhere??
Good news, hungry friend! Yunomori has an on-site cafe where you can grab some delicious Japanese snacks and meals. We're talking about tasty udon, flavorful rice bowls, and other treats to refuel after your soak. So, you can totally make a day of it without having to wander off in search of food!

Question:
Answer:
I'm planning a visit. What should I expect in terms of crowds, and when's the best time to go for a more relaxed experience??
Smart move planning ahead! Yunomori can get pretty popular, especially on weekends and public holidays. If you're after some zen time, try going on a weekday morning or afternoon. You'll have a better chance of snagging a prime spot in the baths and enjoying some peace and quiet!

Question:
Answer:
Hey! What's the deal with the different types of baths at Yunomori??
Alright, listen up! Yunomori has a whole bunch of baths, each with its own awesome benefits. We're talking about a Soda Spa to get your circulation going, a Silk Bath for baby-soft skin, and even a traditional Japanese Onsen with that lovely mineral goodness. It's like a bath-time buffet!

Dishonest!! There is no Signature bath, but they still keep the Signage. Many customers are unaware that they are soaking in plain water and NOT SIGNATURE BATH. The management didn't bother to inform the customers too. Even the website, the lobby and the pool still showing the Signature Bath. I came over a month ago, and today. It's the same situat... see more

dropped by yunomori today for the second time and i thoroughly enjoyed the onsen experience! the major selling point was definitely the variety of baths available, although the sleeping jet baths were under renovation :( but my absolute favourite bath has to be the bubble bath!!! utilised my time even more by grabbing a nice yukata and heading to t... see more

It's been a very long time since I last visited Yunomori Onsen. A good place to relax release the tension and most importantly you go home with a relaxed detoxed body and smooth skin.

Good service by the staff! They are super and nice helpful. It was clean and tidy on the women’s side of the onsen. There were lots of anti slip mats but you need to still be careful when you walk. Disposable underwear and hair ties were also provided so you can use them if you need. Surprisingly, it wasn’t that crowded even though it was a sunday.... see more

Went to this onsen for the first time. Delighted I found this place today. The layout is simple but stylish. To my surprise, you can't pay with cash though, so bring your card(s). The staff is super friendly and helpful. Next time I stop by in Singapore, I will make sure to leave some time open to go back..twice!

I have previously had good experiences here, which is why I purchased the package. However, my visit today was quite disappointing. Large groups of ladies were extremely noisy, continuously talking and laughing, which disrupted the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that an onsen should offer. Additionally, some of them put on facial masks and discar... see more

I’ve been here 3x and I have to say that it is definitely the closest and most authentic you’d get to a real onsen in Japan, and by far the best onsen in Singapore if you ever had to choose - though my own view is that it’s not really a fight. It’s also the most centrally located and accessible by public transport or if you drive. I like that the... see more
