Mechanic did not wipe his hands after service, touched everywhere with oily hands. Asked if issue was rectified, everytime say ok but problem comes back after driving for 2km. No choice because rental company say they are authorised workshop and cannot go other workshops..on Sun Nov 02 2025
Gen Capital’s authorised/in-house workshop. I gave Gen Capital a 5 star review. Now that I want to revise it they’re no longer on google reviews so I can only put the negative review here.
When you buy a car from Gen Cap they give you 2 servicing vouchers with Auburn that specifies oil change with 4L Shell engine oil.
