Question:
Answer:
Hey! Is there parking available near Bistro Gaston??
Bonjour! Parking can be a little tricky around Keong Saik. Your best bet is usually the public carpark at The Working Capitol building nearby or along the street if you're lucky enough to snag a spot! Just keep an eye on those parking signs, oui?

A little corner of France in Singapore. Authentic French food and wines, always excellent. It’s the kind of place you want to come back to again and again (they also organize many regular events). A true dining experience with a proper menu in hand and attentive staff who are happy to engage and answer questions—no impersonal QR codes here. We’ll d... see more

The complimentary bread was warm and comforting, a simple pleasure elevated by a smear of quality butter. The cold cuts set, however, didn’t quite hit the mark for me. From the mains, I especially enjoyed the gravy that came with the poulet, it really made the dish stand out. The steak was decent, the cut is on the leaner side. I was most excited ... see more

We had the Singapore Restaurants Week Menu. The gratin of artichoke and spinach was delicious, the thin crust of cheese mixing so well with the spinach puree and bits of artichoke (though I wish the artichoke is of a bigger cut). The baby scallops in the cerviche was slightly chewy but the sauce was zesty and refreshing. Poached seabass was delicat... see more

Dropped by because I wanted to have some pâté en croûte and I heard they had it as a regular menu item, unlike some places that have it as an occasional special. Service was very good. Attentive, polite and accommodating. Atmosphere was lovely too. Somewhat rustic yet elegant, giving a homely, welcoming feel. The pâté en croûte was served with a sm... see more

There are moments when you crave familiar comfort fare. Tonight we found them in Bistro Gaston. Food was delicious and well-executed. We particularly enjoyed the heirloom tomatoes carpaccio and seasonal mussels.

Popped in for a quick lunch. Decided on the Beef bourguignon… it was sensational. Could not fault any part of the meal. Flavours were perfect. I used to try and cook this dish. Never again 😂

First impression: cozy is an understatement. It’s tiny and packed with tables, so we were basically elbow-to-elbow with our neighbors. We tried a few dishes — the cheese platter was great, especially with wine. The escargot came wrapped in some kind of pastry, so you could eat the whole thing, shell and all. I liked that twist! The steak? Super tas... see more

TGIF! My bestie and I decided to go for French cuisine yesterday as both our partners were not adventurous in food🤭 After much research, I decided on Bistro Gaston through many google reviews. I would said that the escargot, croquettes live up to our expectation! Both of us are not cheese fanatics but the melted cheese inside the croquettes wo... see more
