The City Hot Pot Story

Our story began with a humble 39-seater eatery at One Raffles Place in 2014. We quickly gained popularity with our individual pot concept and reasonably priced dishes. Spurred by this success, we expanded to Guoco Tower, aiming to make individual hot pot a daily cuisine for everyone. Our unique offering attracted not only a local fan base but also an international crowd appreciative of Singapore's local hot pot delights. We continued to grow, opening our third outlet at Jurong Point, the biggest suburban mall in Singapore, and expanding year by year.

Lunchtime can get a tad busy, especially on weekdays! To snag a spot without the queue chaos, consider arriving a bit before or after the peak lunch hour (around 12:30-1:30 PM). Weekends are generally more chill.

Service is great . Food is great. Clean and nice environment. No lingering smell on clothes and hair. Free flow condiments and side dishes. Love the wagyu ribeye set. Each set comes with a main dish that u can choose from, the braised pork rice is super yummy. The dumpling is huge portion and nice too!

If you are dining alone and want a comfortable experience, this is a great place! The single-set hot pot includes a good variety of meat, seafood, vegetables and rice, all in one satisfying meal.
